This notice explains in plain language which personal data we process, why we process them, how long we keep them, and which choices and rights you have.
What we process
The calculator processes the financial and family details that you enter yourself. For the free summary we use those details only during the request needed to produce an indicative outcome.
In v1 your draft is stored locally in your browser so you can continue later without us placing that draft in a database.
Paid report and temporary storage
If you buy a paid report, we process your email address, the selected report type, payment information via Mollie, a temporary calculation snapshot, and the generated PDF report.
We need those details to correlate the payment, generate the report, keep the report available for a short period, and email the download link.
Main data flows (Articles 12 and 13 GDPR)
For each main data flow we explain the purpose, retention period, and the parties involved.
- local browser storage for drafts and privacy preferences
- temporary server-side processing for the free calculation
- temporary disk storage for paid reports and minimal purchase metadata
- email delivery of the download link
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Mouseflow load only after explicit consent. Without consent those scripts remain disabled.
We never send names, email addresses, income data, child data, or calculated amounts to analytics vendors.
Retention
PDF reports and minimal purchase metadata are kept for up to 7 days in v1. After that they are removed under the configured retention policy.
Unfinished payment attempts are kept only as long as needed for correlation, webhook idempotency, and operational recovery.
Your rights, complaints, and breaches
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing via [email protected].
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Nordpixel owns this website and is responsible for breach handling and escalation.
